Tangerang, (June 15, 2025] – EMC Tangerang Hospital together with the Karya Alpha Omega Foundation (YKAO) successfully held a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in the form of free Labioplasty (cleft lip surgery) and Palatoplasty (cleft palate surgery) social service. This noble activity aims to improve the quality of life of 100 toddlers aged 1-4 years who come from various areas of Bogor, Garut, Cianjur, Purwakarta, and Tangerang.
This CSR program demonstrates EMC Tangerang Hospital's commitment to providing access to quality specialist healthcare services to the community, especially those underprivileged. Through this surgery, it is hoped that 100 toddlers will benefit from improved speech and eating skills, as well as boost their self-confidence for the future. The general surgery specialist medical team from EMC Tangerang Hospital collaborated with the YKAO team to ensure each procedure was safe and successful.
