Cath Lab

Cath Lab (catheterization laboratory) is a place to perform heart and blood vessel catheterization. Cardiac catheterization is a minimally invasive procedure by inserting a catheter through a blood vessel connected to the heart to see if there is any blockage in the heart's blood vessels. Cath lab actions are also performed to place stents/rings/rings in the heart arteries to overcome blockages that occur in the coronary arteries. Radiology

   Supports the conduct of high-resolution examinations on MSCT-Scan of the head, maxillofacial (paranasal sinuses and 3D facial reconstruction in trauma cases), neck MSCT, thoracic MSCT, abdominal MSCT (including multiphase liver, gastrointestinal, genitourinary), as well as musculoskeletal, spinal and Angiography MSCT /venography.

Endoscope

Endoscopy is a medical procedure to view the inside of the body by inserting a flexible tube/flexible endoscope which is equipped with a very small "chip" at the end of the tube. This procedure is a non-surgical procedure and is relatively safe and very useful for specialists in helping to make a more accurate and reliable diagnosis. Supported by senior specialist doctors, certified and experienced endoscopists at EMC Pekayon Hospital, a series of preparations will be made to make the patient feel comfortable and pain-free while undergoing endoscopy. Apart from being diagnostic, endoscopy is also used by experts for several therapies in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, airways and others. With no endoscope incisions it has advantages and after endoscopy the patient can go home without hospitalization.
