EMC Sentul Hospital Presents Expansion Building as a Symbol of Growth and Innovation "Growing Beyond Limits!"

BOGOR, NOVEMBER 8, 2025 – EMC Sentul Hospital today inaugurated a new building, an extension building, as a concrete step in improving the development of hospital service facilities to provide broader and higher-quality health services for the community, prioritizing comfort.

The inauguration of this expansion building holds special significance as it coincides with the 12th anniversary of EMC Sentul Hospital. Carrying the theme "Growing Beyond Limits!" , this momentum symbolizes the hospital's journey and affirms its commitment to limitless growth in providing sustainable healthcare services and its determination to continuously innovate for patient comfort and safety.

President Director of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk. (EMC Healthcare) , Jusup Halimi , said, “With the expansion building of EMC Sentul Hospital, we reaffirm EMC Healthcare’s vision to become a leading healthcare provider that prioritizes innovation, integrity, and patient-oriented services.” He further stated, “Of course, this is not the final goal. This additional building was built on an area of approximately 10,361 m2 connected to the previous EMC Sentul Hospital building. Consisting of five floors, this expansion building certainly adds a total inpatient capacity of 200 beds and new polyclinic rooms with modern interior designs and facilities such as integrated medical check-up rooms, diagnostic services in larger and more comfortable rooms. The entire design and construction were carried out with environmentally friendly principles and patient-centered design , which prioritizes patient comfort and safety.

In its 12th year, EMC Sentul Hospital also launched the “WARRIOR” (Senior Citizen) Wellness Care program. This program is aimed at senior citizens who live in the Sentul area and surrounding Bogor who are over 60 years old. With an investment of Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah), WARRIORs can enjoy health facilities from EMC Sentul Hospital in the form of two visits to the general practitioner's home, routine blood draws, fasting blood sugar, total cholesterol and EKG. After the results are complete, a team of doctors will visit the WARRIOR's home again and explain the results and follow-up plans. With the operation of this new building, EMC Sentul Hospital has a larger service capacity, is more comfortable and is able to serve more patients every day, both outpatients and inpatients. Not only the medical aspect, but EMC Sentul Hospital also does not forget to prioritize the social aspect by providing protection assistance to 100 vulnerable workers who live around the EMC Sentul Hospital environment through the SERTAKAN (Prosperity of Workers Around You) program in collaboration with BPJS Employment (BPJamsostek), Bogor City branch. "We believe that the synergy of EMC Sentul Hospital with BPJamsostek Bogor City in providing work accident protection to vulnerable workers, non-wage earners of EMC Sentul Hospital residents, so that the health service process can be provided more optimally and there is no worry about accident protection caused by work," said Dian Agung Senoaji , Head of BPJS Employment Bogor City .
