EMC Cibitung Hospital Holds Routine Ultrasound Examination at Cibuntu Community Health Center

To support maternal and child health, EMC Cibitung Hospital routinely provides free ultrasound examinations for pregnant women at the Cibuntu Community Health Center. This program has been held monthly since June 2025, demonstrating the hospital's commitment to improving the quality of public health services, particularly in the Cibitung area and its surroundings.

At each event, 20 to 25 pregnant women undergo ultrasound examinations. The examinations are performed directly by obstetricians and gynecologists (OBGYNs) accompanied by midwives to ensure a safe and comfortable procedure for participants.

Through this ultrasound examination, the condition and development of the fetus can be more optimally monitored, allowing the doctor to provide appropriate follow-up care based on the mother's and fetus's condition. The examination results also form the basis for prescribing iron supplements, vitamins, necessary medications, and other specialized care for pregnant women who require them.

This activity is expected to help detect potential pregnancy risks early and increase public awareness of the importance of routine check-ups during pregnancy.

EMC Cibitung Hospital is committed to continuing to play an active role in social activities that support improving public health.
