FACET JOINT CERVICAL BLOCKADE (NEUROLYSIS ABLATION)

This is a condition in which the patient experiences problems with the facet joints in the neck. Patients who experience this problem will usually feel pain in the nape and shoulders which of course will interfere with daily activities and productivity. The higher the location of the facet joint as the cause, the wider the area experiencing pain. To detect conditions like this, a physical examination is needed and possibly supporting examinations such as X-rays (X-rays), CT scans (imaging with Computerized Tomography) and MRI (imaging with Magnetic Resonance Imaging) in the cervical/neck area are necessary.

To deal with this, therapy can be done using RF (Radiofrequency). RF application on the small nerves in the facet joint area, can inhibit the nerve's ability to transmit pain. Therapy using radiofrequency is relatively simple and safe. In general, patients do not need a long time to be able to feel the benefits of this therapy.
