To deal with premature ejaculation, immediately come to a trusted hospital and meet with a specialist urologist to get appropriate and safe therapy. The therapy given can be in the form of drugs. If that doesn't work, there is a vacuum erection device therapy which functions to suck up air and make blood flow to the penis smoother. If it still doesn't work, then the patient is recommended to do surgery. As another alternative, erectile dysfunction can also be treated with Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) . ESWT is a non-invasive therapy by shooting certain waves which can stimulate the formation of new blood vessels thereby increasing blood flow to the penis and improving erectile function.

Patients are also advised to see a psychiatrist and consult on depression, anxiety or stress problems which can be one of the main causes of premature ejaculation. In addition, a healthy lifestyle has also proven to be very effective in preventing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Start consuming food with balanced nutrition, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly for a healthier and stronger body. #LiveExcellently
