It turns out that being lazy to exercise can trigger breast cancer

According to research results released by the World Health Organization (WHO) it is known that in 2030 breast cancer patients in Indonesia will increase up to seven times. Seeing the above, it's good for us to be more aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Without realizing it, the cause of breast cancer is very close to our daily lives. An unhealthy lifestyle coupled with our daily habits can easily trigger the growth of breast cancer cells.

Then anything that is allegedly strong can trigger the risk of breast cancer.

  1. obesity. Being overweight which is commonly experienced by men and women can be one of the triggers for breast cancer risk, this is because women with excess body weight have higher insulin levels.
  1. Lack of exercise. Various studies have proven that lack of exercise can lead to various health complaints, one of which is breast cancer. Frequent exercise will balance body weight, hormones and energy in the body, therefore it will reduce the risk of breast cancer.
  2. Smoking and consumption of alcohol. Smoking has been shown to increase the risk of developing various cancers, including breast cancer. The same applies to the habit of consuming excess alcohol. The more consumption of cigarettes and alcohol, the higher the risk of breast cancer. Someone who consumes 2-3 glasses of alcohol a day has a 20% higher risk of breast cancer than those who don't drink alcohol.
  3. Have no offspring. A woman's decision not to have children or to postpone pregnancy at the age of 30 and over has the potential to increase the risk of breast cancer. On the other hand, getting pregnant several times or getting pregnant at a young age can actually reduce the risk of breast cancer.
  4. Birth control. The use of hormonal birth control is said to increase the risk of breast cancer. Call it oral contraceptives, implants, to IUDs which can increase hormones that trigger breast cancer.

In addition, the use of post-menopausal hormone therapy also affects the risk of breast cancer. This therapy is usually done by many women to relieve menopausal symptoms and prevent osteoporosis.
